This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving real operational problems through systems, data, and process improvement. You will work closely with production, warehouse, finance, and engineering teams to turn day-to-day challenges into scalable system solutions.

This is a full-time, on-site role and requires mandatory WFO at our factory in Cikarang.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve ERP workflows across order management, production planning, inventory, and fulfillment
• Identify operational bottlenecks and translate them into practical system improvements
• Build and monitor dashboards for production efficiency, turnaround time, waste, and machine utilization
• Turn operational data into actionable insights for management
• Define requirements and support the prioritization of internal system improvements with the engineering team
• Identify automation opportunities to improve accuracy and reduce manual work
• Support strategic initiatives such as cost optimization, capacity planning, and margin analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Analytics, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, product, or operations-related roles
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools such as Metabase, Power BI, or Tableau
• Ability to translate business needs into clear system requirements
• Experience in manufacturing, operations, or ERP environments is a strong plus
• Must be willing to work full-time on-site (WFO) from our factory in Cikarang
