Misi & Tanggung Jawab

Qualifications & Experience

  • Maximum age 30 years old
  • Minimum education Diploma (DIII) in Business or a related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, prior sales experience of at least 1 year is an advantage
  • Experience in the packaging industry is a plus but not mandatory
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a team and maintain a target-driven mindset
  • Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture partnerships with clients, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with medium to large business clients
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing individual client needs promptly and efficiently
  • Manage client projects to achieve both client objectives and company goals
  • Ensure exceptional client satisfaction by delivering outstanding customer service daily
  • Resolve conflicts and provide timely, effective solutions to client concerns
  • Monitor and analyze client account metrics in alignment with company targets
  • Propose actionable strategies to enhance sales performance and identify new growth opportunities
  • Generate new business by leveraging existing and potential client networks
